Annarita McGovern obtains defense verdict for former Fulton County D.A. Paul Howard in sexual harassment trial.

Annarita McGovern, with co-counsel Noah Green and Paul Henefield, obtains a defense verdict for Paul Howard on a claim by Cathy Carter, a former Fulton County D.A. employee of a hostile work environment.  Through her cross examination of the plaintiff, McGovern revealed admissions of lies by the plaintiff in her testimony and audio recording evidence the plaintiff had created for the case, as well as a complete lack of corroborating evidence.  The case was widely covered by the press.
